Wattisham airfield Air Traffic Control will be closed from Saturday 20th December until Sunday 4th January 2026 for military air traffic movements and services.
Therefore, weather permitting and subject to instructor and ground crew availability, the Army Gliding Club (Anglia) – AGC(A) will be operating at other times over the Christmas and New Year period from Saturday 20th December until Sunday 4th January 2026. We will generally be operational at the weekend but also some weekdays over this period, but this is subject to confirmation and change. Thereafter, AGC(A) will return to normal club flying at the weekends only.
